BRFD	Respond to incidents in the city of Lincoln and other Rural Fire Protection District.
Burleigh County OEM	Coordinate emergency response.
	Provide 911 service for Bismarck and Burleigh.
	Provides dispatch service.
Burleigh County Sheriff	Respond to incidents in the Burleigh County system.
CenCom	Provide PSAP 9–1–1 and dispatch services in the city of Bismarck, Mandan, Lincoln, and Burleigh county.
	Receives Morton County's dispatch communication over state radio.
	Coordinate dispatch communication with the public works department during winter.
Lincoln PD	Coordinate with other emergency management agencies in the region.
	Provide 911 service to the city of Lincoln.
	Respond to incidents in the city of Lincoln.
Mandan Engineering	Coordinate with emergency management, maintenance and construction agencies in the city of Mandan.
Mandan FD	Coordinate with other emergency management agencies in the region.
