Emergency and Incident Management for Bismarck-Mandan Roles and Responsibilities

Bismarck Engineering	Coordinate with emergency management, maintenance and construction agencies in the city of Bismarck.
Bismarck FD	Coordinate with other emergency management agencies in the region.
	Respond to incidents in the city of Bismarck.
Bismarck PD	Provide 911 service to city of Bismarck.
	Coordinate with other emergency management agencies in the region.
	Respond to incidents in the city of Bismarck.
BRFD	Respond to incidents in the city of Lincoln and other Rural Fire Protection District.
Burleigh County OEM	Coordinate emergency response.
	Issue and Broadcast Emergency Alerts (Amber, Silver, Blue, etc.)
Burleigh County Sheriff	Provide 911 service to Burleigh county.
	Coordinate with other emergency management agencies in the region
	Respond to incidents in the Burleigh County system.
CenCom	Coordinate dispatch communication with the public works department during winter.
	Broadcast Emergency Alerts (Amber, Silver, Blue, etc.)
	Receives Morton County's dispatch communication over state radio.
	Provide PSAP 9–1–1 and dispatch services in the city of Bismarck, Mandan, Lincoln, and Burleigh county.
Lincoln PD	Respond to incidents in the city of Lincoln.
	Provide 911 service to the city of Lincoln.
	Coordinate with other emergency management agencies in the region.
Mandan Engineering	Coordinate with emergency management, maintenance and construction agencies in the city of Mandan.
Mandan FD	Coordinate with other emergency management agencies in the region.
	Respond to incidents in the city of Mandan.
Mandan PD	Respond to incidents in the city of Mandan.
	Provide 911 service to the city of Mandan.
	Coordinate with other emergency management agencies in the region.
Metro Area Ambulance	Coordinate with other emergency management agencies in the region.
	Coordinate with other emergency management agencies.
Morton County OEM	Issue and Broadcast Emergency Alerts (Amber, Silver, Blue, etc.)
	Coordinate emergency response.
Morton County Sheriff	Respond to incidents on Morton County system.
	Provide 911 services to Morton county.
	Coordinate with other emergency management agencies in the region.
ND DES	Provide dispatch for Morton county and NDHP.
	Issue Amber Alerts.
